Membership

Boston Boxing & Fitness offers two types of memberships:

  1. Standard: Strength and conditioning combined with cardio and boxing
  2. Classes Only: Individual or in packs


The Standard Membership consists of a structured training environment, including a strength and conditioning program in our weight-training area to be combined with your cardio and boxing workout.

The Class Membership is for classes only, which can be purchased individually or in packs. No experience is necessary. Beginners are always welcome. Our trainer-led classes include 90 minutes of jump rope; medicine ball and weight-training; plyometrics; and, of course lots and lots of boxing.

Class and Standard Memberships are charged individually and can not be combined into one membership. Visit the Classes and Camps page for schedules, and contact us for details and pricing.
