Class Schedule

All classes, excluding Womens-Only Boxing, Coed Boxing, and Sparring are free to members. A Class-Only Membership is good for all classes. Private lessons are available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. Lesson includes total body conditioning and boxing instruction.

Monday

4:30-5:15pm | Total Body: Focused on upper and lower body strength drills, this class offers an overall conditioning workout with explosion and speed exercises.

5:30-6:00pm | Core: With non-stop multiple core and sit up exercises, you will predominately work your abs, oblique, lower back, and hip flexor, and strengthen your core through a series of lower body strength and flexibility exercises.

6:00-7:00pm | Free Trial Class: An introduction to the Boston Boxing standard membership, this class provides structured, daily work with the trainers, and introduces you to our beginner program exercises and your basic boxing stance and punches.

6:30-7:00pm | Strength: Designed to increase muscle strength and endurance, this class uses moderate dumbbells to exhaust your muscles through an intense non-stop weight training circuit for upper and lower body muscles. And let's not forget pushups.

7:00-8:30pm | Women's Only Boxing: This total body conditioning and boxing class will give you the most intense and challenging fitness experience ever. Enjoy strength, core, explosion, and speed training, a full boxing circuit with heavy bags, and mitt work in the ring with the trainers. At the end of each class you will be rewarded with a brutal abdominal workout.

Tuesday

7:00-8:30pm | Coed Boxing: This total body conditioning and boxing class will give you the most intense and challenging fitness experience ever. Enjoy strength, core, explosion, and speed training, a full boxing circuit with heavy bags, and mitt work in the ring with the trainers. At the end of each class you will be rewarded with a brutal abdominal workout.

Wednesday

At the end of each class you will be rewarded with a brutal abdominal workout.

Every first Saturday of the month, beginning February 4
2:00-4:00pm | Sparring:
This class is for those wishing to indulge in intense conditioning, and hone their boxing skills. Sparring is not mandatory. If you do choose to spar, boxing gloves, hand wraps, a mouth guard and headgear are required, and you must be registered with USA Boxing.
